Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During product launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been placed and another email with tracking information once it has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Orders will not be refunded due to address errors.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as shipped, Raw Beauty Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for:

Lost packages
Stolen packages
Delayed deliveries
Delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier
Weather-related delays
Natural disasters or other events beyond our control

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

Damaged Packages
