At Raw Beauty Cosmetics, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and customer safety. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any products once they have been purchased. This includes, but is not limited to:

Gift Sets
Sale or Clearance Items
No Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Raw Beauty Cosmetics is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once submitted.
